They will have access to your information to the extent necessary to perform these functions on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5.3 Legal Notices

Additionally, we may disclose your personal information to (i) comply with applicable law and/or legal process (e.g., a request from an administrative oversight agency, a civil suit, a subpoena, a court order, or a judicial or administrative proceeding); (ii) defend our rights and/or property or the rights and property of others; (iii) enforce our Terms of Use and/or this policy; (iv) respond to claims that the content(s) violates the rights of third parties.

6. Your Rights and Responsibilities

6.1 Retention of Data

We generally retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to provide you with the Services. We collect and utilize personal information about your customers in order to provide you with the Services. By and large, we collect and use this personal information in accordance with your instructions.
